Grace is trained in therapeutic modalities including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
Grace values connection as foundational in therapy. Grace aims to empower individuals with the skills, tools and confidence to face adversity and build resilience so that they can live a full life. When not at work Grace spends time bushwalking with friends, playing sport, walking her dog or working on her bus to motorhome conversion.
