I can help you resolve the trauma from childhood so that you can live a better life. I like to use EMDR for this work, but I can use other approaches if EMDR is not for you. Before we do any trauma processing we’ll make sure you have all the tools you need in your toolbox and you feel ready to take that step.
At Gray Matter we don't have conversations that you're not ready to have and we don't take fences down until we know why they were put up in the first place. We do our best to make your sessions as comfortable as possible, at the same time, we acknowledge that doing the work of healing can be painful or uncomfortable at times.
