Hi, I'm Cassie. I’m passionate about offering a space where you can openly explore the challenges you are facing along with your feelings. I want to know you and your story. You will be heard and provided a safe place to explore and share your fears and worries. I understand that life can be challenging and sometimes we need extra support to overcome our obstacles. Whilst studying I have encountered many life challenges, including divorce, job loss, recurrent miscarriages, pregnancy after loss, ectopic pregnancy, and coming to terms with my mental health issues of depression and anxiety.
My professional interest in fertility and pregnancy after loss comes from my own personal lived experiences that have turned into a passion. I have always been passionate about helping people and decided to study counselling.
I blamed myself for what had happened leaving me feel exhausted and alone. Encountering these life changes, I found the support of counselling invaluable. Throughout my journey, I had to learn to be kind to myself and nurture my health and well-being. This is why I decided to create “Kind Nurture” counselling.
