Mandy is a warm, compassionate and non-judgmental clinician who provides treatment and counselling for those who experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, eating disorders, trauma, difficulties with life transitions, low self-esteem, phobias, grief and loss. Mandy strives to create a safe, comfortable space where you feel well supported. Mandy has specific training and experience in helping families of adolescents with eating and body image issues.
Mandy's integrative approach to psychotherapy has foundations in her clinical training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. She also draws upon Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy principles and strategies for clients whom have difficulties with distress tolerance, strong emotions and also for treatment of anxiety.
