I provide a safe, supportive and nurturing space, and the sessions are tailored to address your personal life issues, needs and goals. As a Body Orientated Trauma informed Gestalt Therapist, and Senior Journey Practitioner, I enjoy assisting individuals on their unique journey to Wellness. The Therapy sessions are focused in the 'here and now' experience which holds our entire and unique history.
Do you suffer from depression, stress, addiction, unhealthy patterns, or live with reoccurring emotional or physical issues? Trauma informed Gestalt therapy with the Journey methods is an embodied psychotherapy, it is non analytical. It offers healing of long lasting issues held in the body, and meeting and clearing the root cause of the recurring patterns.
I have been on my own journey to wellness for over thirty years, integrating years of personal inner work together with meditation. It has been the most incredible journey of all, not always easy, but so worthwhile. It would be my pleasure to be present to you on your healing journey.
