I have immediate availability I am an experienced psychologist based in West Perth, dedicated to providing professional and compassionate care to my clients. I provide a warm and empathetic approach in sessions, to establish a safe and non-judgmental environment to help foster a therapeutic alliance, facilitating the process of healing and growth. My goal is to empower my clients to overcome their challenges and achieve their personal goals. I specialise in a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, parenting concerns, stress management, and relationship concerns.
My approach to therapy encompasses the resilience framework, utilsing the evidence-based cognitive behavioural model and includes Solution Focussed Brief Therapy, EMDR and Schema Therapy. I am also a facilitator in the Matrix Program, an intensive non-residential treatment for addiction.
I engage clients with a warm, flexible, calm manner, with a healthy dose of humour and compassion. I understand the therapist/client relationship is instrumental in developing collaborative treatment programs, implementing evidence-based interventions and achieving successful outcomes. I recently increased to full time hours so have immediate availability.
