Compassion lies at the heart of my approach, as I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone to effective therapy. I am trained in EMDR therapy (which can be conducted online) for the treatment of PTSD, generalised anxiety disorder, panic disorder, phobias and social anxiety/phobias.
I specialise in working with clients experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, and ongoing impacts of PTSD and/or childhood trauma. I have a particular interest in existential psychotherapy, and the ways in which we strive to make meaning from the four 'ultimate concerns' of human existence (death, meaninglessness, isolation, and freedom).
