I can work with a whole range of people with a variety of mental health presentations. If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and any traumatic symptoms such as hypervigilance, sleeplessness, general worry but not sure why, or if you have a direct traumatic experience you would like support with, i can help! If you are a child or young person and you don't want to 'talk' but you want to 'talk' then i can support you with lots of different 'talking' and 'non-talking' therapeutic options. I am an accredited mental health social worker. My speciality is trauma treatment and mostly working with children and young people. I can offer things like CBT, EMDR, DBT and other integrative therapies like sand tray and yoga therapy as alternatives to support clients.
Reaching out and asking for help is the hardest step, but once you make that step you're already on the road to getting the support you need! I am always happy to chat about the types of therapies I can offer you and would be very glad to be part of that big first step you are taking!
