Nicole knows how powerful psychotherapy can be in supporting us to be our best selves. She knows that at the end of the day, we are all doing our best to navigate the twists and turns, ebbs and flows, of life. Nicole aims to provide a calm, curious, and contemplative therapeutic atmosphere. She works with adolescents and adults with a broad scope of concerns, from everyday stressors to complex disorders, including those related to trauma and attachment injury.
Nicole's therapeutic approach is informed by a deep understanding of how our past informs the present; including who we are, what we do, and how we relate to others. She believes that people heal through self-awareness, relational safety, and tuning in to the mind-body connection.
As well as therapy, Nicole provides neuroaffirming cognitive, learning, and ADHD assessments. She is also a board-approved supervisor and delights in contributing to the growth and development of fellow therapists.
