Hi! I am a certified practising English and Hindi-speaking Counsellor with experience in working with various presentations, including but not limited to stress, anxiety, depression, perinatal depression, trauma and grief. I speak English and Hindi and also understand Urdu, Punjabi, Marathi and Gujarati. I have extensive experience in supporting family violence victims/ survivors, immigrants, refugees, asylum seekers, and carers. I also facilitate Groups for people with a shared lived experience.
