I am passionate about providing a safe, respectful and therapeutic experience for my clients who are experiencing emotional distress, struggling with their mental health and struggling within their relationships. I offer a holistic approach to evidence based practices helping clients re-pattern their nervous systems to support emotional regulation and connection with self and significant others. The foundations of my work is highly relational and holistically based. I utilise many approaches to help address the impacts of stress and trauma on the brain, nervous system and on interpersonal relationships.
The therapeutic modalities I use include Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Based Therapy, Couples Therapy (EFT & Gottman), Family Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Somatic Therapies, Transgenerational Healing, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Radical Exposure Tapping & EMDR Trauma Processing, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique.
I specialise in Relational Trauma Therapy, Trauma Processing, Couples Therapy and Family Therapy. My passion is in supporting clients to process and integrate past painful emotional and relational experiences to live a more adaptive, authentic and connected life.
