Hi, I'm Vanessa. I am the director of Our Wellness Collective. I am a therapist with over 10 years experience in the field and have worked with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds. Our practice team is multi-cultural and offers therapy in more than 8 languages! As a collective we have a vast array of areas we work with, from depression, anxiety, stress and anger issues and general life challenges to complex trauma (CPTSD/PTSD) - we even work with couples and families. We work with clients to stabilise symptoms, identify goals and tailor make treatment to their unique needs.
I have a Bachelor degree in Psychology and a Masters in Counselling Practice. I work with people of all ages, couples, families and groups using a person-centered, narrative, holistic approach. I specialise in trauma treatment and have a particular drive towards neurodiversity and the multi-layered ways this impacts and at times hinders healing.
We meet you where you are and work with you to create a vision for the future you want and journey with you to that destination building tools for your toolbox to carry with you beyond your time in therapy with us.
