Whether a couple, a family, or an individual, life has been tough in these past few years impacting most of us in some way, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, financially, and/or physically. Supporting both couples and individuals encountering difficulties or feelings of impasse in life, is the focus of my counselling. I draw from my skills, experience and education, complementing this with referencing to qualified experts as appropriate. My aim always, in partnership with my clients, is to help them determine meaningful and lasting outcomes.
