I draw upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT + CBT-E), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT).
