As an experienced Community Worker, I have supported diverse clients using trauma-informed practice. I am a qualified counsellor, and currently in my second year of training as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist. My hope is to help you discover why things are the way they are, and to effect changes that move you toward the life you want to live.
Psychotherapy can help you navigate the challenges of family, depression, anxiety, suicidality, sexuality, abuse and many others. There are no barriers around what you can talk about with me, and we will work together, in relationship to help you find a happier and healthier way to be in the world.
