Each person's journey toward well-being is unique, so I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where you can explore your concerns and goals. Using an integrated approach to support you in achieving optimal mental and emotional health. Grounding evidence-based practices AND tailoring to your needs. I work with people of all ages and walks of life, but have extensive experience in positive parenting coaching, working with young people in high schools, and also in drug and alcohol rehabilitation. Caring is stressful, growing up can be tricky, and no one gets through life unscathed and without their own traumas.
Integrating various therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, emotion, and somatic therapies, Brainspotting and parts work, and others. Collaborating with you is important to identify your strengths, resources, and challenges, and my background in positive psychology and wellbeing creates unique support.
Please feel free to reach out and discuss your circumstances. Evidence shows that finding a therapist you trust, feel safe, and have a rapport with is crucial. As such I am always happy to chat and see if you think we are a fit. You get to decide who you trust to work with and either myself or someone in my team hope we can help.

Mindfulness Sessions - online
Join our online 30 minute mindfulness groups via our running calendar. Mindfulness has been clinically proven to reduce stress, help lower anxiety, improve other mental health issues, create more productivity, and much more. Mindfulness does not aim to change our emotional experience or to get rid of anything that’s happening in our inner worlds. What mindfulness aims to do is to increase our capacity to be ‘with’ what’s happening for us, building both tolerance and resilience.
