As a person-centred therapist, my approach is unique for each individual. The focus is on providing a safe and accepting space in which clients can experience insight and a greater understanding of their lives.
I have worked with clients ranging from 7 to 67 with various concerns including grief/loss, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship break-up, trauma and health difficulties. Having worked in spiritual care and as a yoga teacher, I offer a perspective from the wisdom traditions.
While I'm not working, I enjoy cups of tea, non-fiction books, all kinds of TV/movies, singing and playing the guitar.
