I look at myself as someone who will walk alongside you as a guide for support and will meet you where you are. Together, we will walk along old and new paths to uncover patterns and develop new understandings that bring meaning and authenticity to your life. I practice from a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approach, using holistic and integrative techniques to create the right fit for your journey. Above everything else, I want you to feel heard and supported.
I provide support to those struggling with symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), relational trauma and abuse, anxiety, and depression. My experience also includes working with sexual assault and domestic violence survivors along with veterans, first responders and their families.
