I believe connection is crucial in our lives and when our connection to ourselves and others is suffering, life can feel lonely and dark. Therefore, my practice is dedicated to helping people find the light in their life again. Whether that light is found through deepening and healing the relationship with yourself or with a partner/family member, I provide a safe and transparent environment for you to do the work you need to. Helping individuals, couples and families apply the awareness they have gained towards making positive changes in their lives is something I never tire of - I love what I do!
Focusing most of my clinical expertise on couple work, I have obtained advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). Based in attachment theory and being a model backed by research, EFT helps individuals in relationships create both a deeper connection, and a better understanding of one another. I also have expertise in anxiety and trauma.
I firmly believe that when we can better understand ourselves, change is much more obtainable and long lasting. Therefore, I provide a supportive, empathetic, non-judgmental and transparent environment where you can develop awareness and insight towards yourself and your relationships. Awareness and understanding are the first steps to healing!
