Focused on issues such as historical and recent trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, low self-worth, and emotional distress. Andrea empowers her Clients to use their individual strengths to navigate through life’s challenges with confidence. She is passionate about working with Clients with a history of Trauma and uses a Trauma-Informed lens throughout the counselling process. She offers Psycho-education which helps her Clients understand themselves better & teaches her Clients tangible skills that they can use to reduce stress and prevent future crisis.

Andrea provides her Clients with a safe, collaborative and supportive environment to help them explore opportunities for change, increasing their quality of life. Her multi-modality approach utilizes Polyvagal Theory, Somatic techniques and Mindfulness. Her Clients learn to connect to and regulate their bodies, processing their emotions and their Trauma.

It can be difficult to navigate life when we do not fully understand ourselves. Relationship with others and with Self can be compromised and life can be a lot harder than it needs to be. Andrea offers a warm, inclusive, welcoming & supportive place where her Clients can heal from their painful pasts & overcome the obstacles that hinder their success.
