I work with people who seek deeper self-knowledge and wish to explore their personal difficulties and challenges. Among the issues that people bring to therapy are depression, bouts of anxiety, bereavement, midlife transitions, retirement, aging and relationship issues. Consideration of unconscious dynamics that may be interfering with a person's emotional well-being and zest for life can bring a deeper understanding of oneself and renewed vitality to your life.
As a Jungian Analyst and a member of the Ontario Association of Jungian Analysts, I offer Jungian analysis; a depth approach that accesses the guiding wisdom of the unconscious through dreams, bodily symptoms and other unconscious contents. Anyone facing challenges and difficulties or with a desire to learn more about themselves will benefit.
Together we will bring to light the hidden dynamics that are causing difficulties.
