Becoming Therapy is a bilingual outpatient private practice setting that specializes in emotion regulation and skill-based learning. We are a small business that specialize in working with kids and teenagers, with the LGBTQ+ community, and with adults struggling to gain control over mood and/or use of substances.
Our team of specialists practice from a trauma-informed, attachment-based lens, and work collaboratively to get to the heart of what's bothering you. We know what it's like to struggle with mental health. We work with an integrative approach, drawing from somatic experiencing, CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, the Zones of Regulation, and motivational interviewing.
