Hi there, my name is Bri and I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) practicing in Newfoundland. My approach to counselling is one where I believe that you are the expert on you, you know yourself and your goals better than anyone else ever could. I want to walk with you along your journey, offering you support where you need it. Maybe you struggle with loving yourself, anxiety, depression, body image, self esteem, self criticism, shame, or processing trauma. I really enjoy working with folks who want to reconnect with their authentic selves, and who want to find joy in their lives.

I work from a holistic, trauma-informed, and feminist perspective. I want to work in collaboration with you, as the beautifully unique individual that you are, so that we can figure out how to help and support you best.

My main goal is to provide you with a warm, supportive, and genuinely empathetic space so that you are able to heal and grow the way that you need to. I know that reaching out for counselling can be weird, scary, and uncomfortable, but I am here for you.
