I have over 15 years of experience working with a diverse population across a broad area of issues. In particular, I am passionate about working with people who have ADHD and/or ASD, learning disabilities and eating disorders. Whether you are an adolescent, adult or parent who has a new diagnosis or someone who has been struggling with executive function, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and/or parenting, I have helped people to understand the issues, overcome challenges and move through life with more balance and self-compassion.
If we are a good match, I will work with you using a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques, self-compassion, understanding and curiosity to help you achieve your goals. My work is grounded in anti-oppression and social justice. Which means we will not only look at the issues from an internal perspective but also from an external perspective.
