These challenges can hinder your ability to live the life you envision, affecting aspects such as relationships, work, athletic performance, focus, parenting, and academic achievement.
In addition to holding an Undergraduate Degree in Honours Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology, I am an active member with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
