We all face difficulties in life from time to time. Sometimes, we find the strength to cope and to resolve things on our own. Other times, we need someone else to come alongside us, to walk with us as we face the challenges of life, to help us build our strength and resources to more effectively move forwards towards finding the solutions we seek. Counselling can help in this process. I offer counselling in the Kincardine, ON area, as well as online and telephone counselling.
I aim to take a “whole person” approach, by including an understanding of mental/emotional, physical, spiritual and relational aspects of life, as I counsel clients. A major focus of my work is in trauma and abuse recovery, as well as family conflict resolution. I also assist people in working through life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, and more.
