I place emphasis on strengths and personal expertise that already exists within each and every client, to foster positive self image and confidence. Mindfully tending to our needs and caring for ourselves through compassion promotes acceptance of who we truly are.
Trust and collaboration are at the core of my values within my psychotherapy practice. I practice typically through the modalities of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Body Oriented Trauma Counselling.
