With over 20 years of clinical experience, I have specialized training and knowledge in a variety of evidenced based therapeutic approaches. I offer an integrative approach that is collaborative, trauma informed, culturally sensitive, compassion focused, and strengths based. I am informed by CBT, DBT, ACT, and Mindfulness based strategies to name a few.
