Welcome to my page. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, trauma symptoms, substance use or relational concerns it can be difficult to know where to start. If you hope to improve your relationships, reduce stress, increase motivation, explore your relationship with a substance of choice, manage emotions or understand your symptoms, therapy can provide you with guidance and support.
I am a Registered Social Worker with a Masters in Clinical Social Work from the University of Toronto, where I focused on both addictions and mental health. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Couple's Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I also have experience providing services for substance use from both abstinence and Harm Reduction approaches.
I consider inclusivity, safety, and non-judgment to be the building blocks of healing and recovery. I hope to make your transition into therapy as smooth and welcoming as possible as you prioritize wellness and recovery. Please reach out to me for more information or to book your first session. I look forward to our work together!
