Hello! I am a Registered Social Service Worker offering counselling services (supervised) to clients in the Ottawa and Ottawa valley area. I believe in taking a holistic approach to support my clients. I work with teens and young adults, with a focus on supporting them through life transitions, depression/anxiety, stress, mood, and burnout.
Sessions are offered virtually via secured video calling or as walk and talk. Walk and talk appointments are guided talk sessions while immersed in nature, integrating the use of ecotherapy techniques into sessions.
