Hi! I am a counsellor with a deep passion + appreciation of all things body. I enjoy supporting clients in developing and cultivating a more meaningful and peaceful relationship with their own body experience, whatever it may be. My areas of focus include body image, body dysmorphia, body trust, body liberation, body acceptance, body neutrality, eating disorders/disordered eating, shame, sexuality, gender, self actualization, identity, depression, anxiety, and anything else that the body experiences and holds. My work is rooted in self-compassion; that is the foundation upon which all good and sustainable things are built.

My specialty is in witnessing + honouring your lived body experience, and being kind and gentle with it. I am curious about your body's narratives - what your body has experienced, how this has shaped you, what stories you may have told yourself about your body, and what stories have not yet been shared.

My practice integrates five elements - body, nature, spirit, self, community. This is how I believe we heal, by honouring ourselves in our fullness.
