My associates have experience working with people of all ages (including couples and families) struggling with anxiety, anger, emotional regulation, depression, stress, body image and self-esteem issues, peer and family challenges, relationship problems, and other difficulties. My associates will work with you (and/or your child) to find ways to achieve goals, meet needs, and take a journey to self-discovery. Those of my associates working with children and teens do so under my direct supervision and I monitor treatment progress and provide guidance on future interventions.
My associates provide evidence-based psychotherapy services and couples counselling to people of all ages with a wide range of difficulties, over a secure virtual platform. We use a variety of therapeutic approaches that include CBT, DBT, and EMDR to name a few. We also provide consultation services to parents, guardians, and care providers.
We feel very fortunate to have such rewarding jobs, which allow us to help individuals be the best that they can be! Services are all confidential and are offered in a welcoming and caring environment. We work hard to maintain a safe and accepting environment for all clients.
