I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches: Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and The Gottman Method Couples Therapy to help individuals manage depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, interpersonal conflict, anger, grief, and loss; couples improve their relationship and communication; families to manage parenting issues.
