My clients arrive at therapy knowing something needs to change. They may not know exactly what is preventing them from living their best lives but they do know what they have isn't it. I work with individual's get the best out of their lives. I have worked with challenges that include addiction, dealing with a loved one's addiction, anxiety, depression, life transitions (children, divorce, illness), relationship issues, grief & loss, and/or childhood trauma. When working with you I use evidence-based treatments tailored to meet your unique needs. These include CBT, DBT ACT, Narrative, Solution Focused and MI.

Working together we will understand the problem verses staying on the symptoms of what is not working Using a supportive non-judgmental, empathic and safe space we will collaborate on a plan to move you toward your goals, by identifying patterns, beliefs, and/or behaviors that are holding you back. You are not alone in achieving the life that you want.

I will help you address these issues and develop the skills that can help you feel more competent and in control of yourself and your life. Let’s change that together!
