I have a Masters in Social Work, and I am a Registered Social Worker with more than 25 years of experience supporting individuals struggling with trauma, grief, and mental health challenges. In my practice, I address a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, panic attacks, phobias, sleep disturbance, low self-esteem, trauma, grief, and loss.

I draw on various approaches in my practice such as Client Centred, Solution Focused, CBT, ACT, GRM, and EMDR. I will work closely with you to ensure that the therapeutic approach is one that best supports you on your journey.
