With over 10 years of counselling experience, I've guided countless individuals on their path to personal growth and well-being. I'm currently the Clinical Director at Insight Mental Health Counselling and my previous work includes being a Counsellor at Dalhousie University and serving as a Child and Youth Mental Health Clinician for the BC government.
