Hello and welcome! I am a neurodivergent therapist who understands the complex task of understanding your own needs. I work from a gentle and curious stance, aware that each person brings with them a unique history, identity and experience that deserves a safe space to unpack and explore. I have a strong interest in the areas of anxiety, neurodiversity (ADHD, autism), attachment and relational trauma, life transitions, stress management, relationship and family challenges, self-esteem, and social justice issues. I understand how challenging and freeing it can be to process your identity, and that it is not always a linear path.
My approach to therapy comes from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, neurodiverse, and LGBTQ2IA+ affirming lens. The modalities I use include Emotion-Focused Therapy, Parts work, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic, Somatic and Strength and Compassion-based strategies. I believe in an integrative and adaptive approach to care.
