WELCOMING NEW CLIENTS. I strive to create a safe and non-judgemental space in which clients can address any of their concerns. Life can be extremely difficult at times but that doesn't mean you have to stay stuck in the same patterns or cycles that can seem impossible to break. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, low mood, or are struggling in everyday life, this can quickly become overwhelming and exhausting. I believe that everyone has the capability within themselves to effectuate change. Sometimes it takes a little guidance and reflection to help you move closer to your values and the life you want to live.
My hope is to collaboratively guide each unique client through the process of change to achieve their therapeutic goals. I work on combining individual strengths, highlighting resilience, and using evidence-based approaches to help you develop the skills you need to live your life as best as you can. I have extensive training in CBT and EMDR.
