She reminds us that we have choices about what we want to do with the unique and precious life that each of us has. That word 'wild' can encompass beauty and pain, joy and struggle. But even when life is at its most difficult, and even when we feel least in control, we can make meaningful change.
I support people in making these changes. I help them to identify and work through the issues that hold them back from healthy functioning. We work together to develop and enhance coping strategies for dealing with the challenges and changes that life brings, using your strengths to connect with what is most meaningful to you.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with an M.Ed. in Counselling Psychology. I have experience helping older adolescents and adults cope with anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, interpersonal relationships, career transitions, and other life challenges. My services are covered by most insurance plans.
