I provide a safe and respectful space for you to authentically explore your concerns such as anxiety, stress, burnout, sadness, or difficulties making decisions in life. In our sessions, I will help you identify what’s important to you and teach you skills to meet your goals. Life can be challenging and we all benefit from support at times in moving forward with greater clarity and confidence. Learning to respond more flexibly to difficult thoughts/feelings eases their hold on you. I will work collaboratively with you to take the next steps toward the life you want.
I have a special interest in supporting adults struggling with anxiety, sport/music performance, worries about physical health, stress, and burnout. I provide the option of integrating music in sessions and have completed additional training in this area. I believe therapy doesn't need to be stuffy and welcome humour (when appropriate) in sessions.
My practice is supervised by Dr. Julie Beaulac, Registered Clinical Health Rehab Psychologist. Dr. Beaulac provides supervision and guidance so you receive the best care. I am available to see clients based in Ontario through a secure video platform and I invite you to get in touch with your questions or to book an appointment.
