Adversity, the experience of chronic stress, and trauma exposure are my areas of specialty. I provide evidence based psychological treatment and counselling to individuals that have experienced challenging and unexpected events in their lives. I have worked with various populations, including professionals, marginalized individuals, victims of violence, and organizations serving the public. I am committed to providing psychological support and treatment based on clients unique needs and directly focussed on alleviating symptoms to assist with feeling better, whatever the cause.
In addition to counselling, I also provide psychodiagnostic, psychological, psychoeducational, and school neuropsychological evaluations to assist with a comprehensive understanding of an individual and their pattern of strengths and vulnerabilities. Assessments vary based on the nature of presenting concerns and are specific to the referral reasons.
