My work with individuals, couples, and families, is person-centered and trauma-informed. I take an integrative approach utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
