I have always been fascinated by the “why” underlying human behavior and from a very young age felt a natural inclination to listen closely and understand people on a deep level.
This instinct led me to complete my graduate Social Work education and expanded into my dream career of being a Psychotherapist firmly grounded in authenticity and intentional presence. From many years of human services work in a beloved First Nations community to decades of experience in the field of mental health and addictions,
I am a forever learner and lover of all life adventures. My clients describe me as authentic, safe, insightful, present, grounded, deeply intuitive, non judgmental, honest, open hearted and someone who “walks their talk”.
