Online Counselling Available - I work with clients struggling with current or past trauma, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, worries, emotional dysregulation, or struggling to cope with past or even everyday situations. I work with clients to help learn new coping skills to deal with emotional states or looking to gain insight and awareness of thought patterns or behaviours. In my approach to counselling, I work with you to help you process events and traumas, develop insight, learn coping skills, emotion regulation, increase self-confidence, regain self worth and increase self-esteem.
I use an integrative approach that combines somatic approaches, EMDR, mindfulness, dialectical behaviour therapy, and play therapy approaches. I also work from a client centered, trauma-informed, and attachment-based framework. I work towards helping clients achieve greater insight, awareness, and coping skills.
