Drawing heavily on the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, I encourage clients to become acquainted with their many parts (or aspects) of themselves; some, that may be unconsciously driving them towards ill health, unfulfilling relationships, and/or addictions; others, that have the capacity to heal and transform through an unburdening process.
