I offer both individual and couples counselling, with a specialization in Anxiety, Depression, Addiction, Attachment disorders, Personality Disorders and Critical Self-Talk.
I offer a non-judgmental, compassionate, and confidential environment where clients can feel safe to express themselves. My clients can expect an initial assessment, which includes an exploration of their present-day struggles, of their past, and finally of their therapeutic goals.
I will also provide clients with a personalized treatment plan that includes developing a deeper understanding of their emotional/mental processes as well as providing therapeutic tools specific to their needs. This combined can help clients elicit positive change in their lives and improve the overall quality of their life or relationship.
