You’ve found your way to this page in a busy, fast-paced world. I hope you recognize that it takes courage and strength to reach out. So, hello, nice to meet you! My name is Louriecar (she/her). As cliché as it may sound, I want you to know that you do not have to face this alone. It would be my pleasure to explore if we’re a good fit to address topics such as healing your inner child and intergenerational trauma. Many clients I work with seek support for anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma, but I am prepared to assist you with various other mental health needs.
As mental health stigma persists, I believe in establishing a warm, non-judgmental 2SLGBTQ+, BIPOC safe space to collaboratively address and overcome stressors and trauma. I prefer to utilize a customized therapeutic approach rather than adopting a "one size fits all" mindset, recognizing that everyone brings a unique story and experience to the table.
