I provide individual counselling in-person, outside and online and I offer support in three interrelated areas of focus helping clients to heal, grow, and shine; HEAL: Support for the healing and integrating process when faced with pain, loss, trauma, suffering, grief, or depression. GROW: Supporting personal growth when there is a gap between the reality of what currently is and the ideal of where one wants to be. SHINE: Support and encouragement to live fully aligned with one's life-vision, to thrive and to offer influence and contribution to the world.
I work from a lens that honours the wholistic integration of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing. I believe we all have inherent worth and I affirm our human right to respect and belonging. My practice is inclusive and I welcome clients of all identity factors including gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion or any other status.
Key skills we can explore together include: learning to befriend your nervous system and increase emotional regulation, expanding capacities for healing and resilience through mindful self-compassion, and defining values and what it means to live in alignment with them.
