It can be very difficult to find a therapist who you might feel can be helpful to you. I like to think of therapy as first and most importantly a relationship. Some might have a sense that things are not as they might hope. We live in a time of loneliness, confusion, separation, conflict and it seems our cultural framework that is meant to hold all of this together is failing. At the heart of what is missing for so many is a place of love and belonging. Or perhaps you’ve lost sight of a sense of meaning in your life? Maybe you’ve received recently some deeply troubling news about your own health or the recent loss of a loved one?
I’m hear because I think it’s quite possible that I can be of help in your own process as you adjust to both the outside difficulties in your life as well as those internal conflicts that keep you depressed, angry, confused, lost, lonely, stuck, and anxious.
