My areas of clinical focus are sex therapy, relational health, chronic and complex trauma. Some challenges my clients face are discrepancies in sexual desire, arousal, pleasure, shame, lack of sexual education, sexual functioning, illness-related sexual changes, and body image. Common themes in my relational work are deepening connection, understanding conflict dynamics and attachment, communication, infidelity, and healing relational wounds and trauma. I work with individuals and partners, in monogamous and CNM relationships. I have lived experience, clinical experience, and training in working with Autistic adults and ADHD.

My approach to psychotherapy is person-centered, I am trained in multiple modalities and draw from these to shape and tailor treatment in collaboration with what you expect and to meet your needs. I am deeply compassionate and 100% committed to the therapeutic relationship, offering a discreet, comfortable, and safe therapeutic space.

I am LGBTQ+ neurodiverse-affirming, sex-positive, and welcoming of differences. I enjoy working with people from a variety of social locations, worldviews, cultures, gender identities, and sexual identities. In addition to therapy, I provide clinical supervision for Registered Counselling Therapist Candidates and accept supervisees when my caseload permits.
